As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms at this charming hotel. the staff were very helpful and attentive, and the family-owned establishment provided excellent service. the highlight of my stay was the jacuzzi and sauna, which I found to be perfect for my recovery. Free parking on the premises was also a convenient bonus. Everything about the hotel, from the beautiful villa setting to the delicious breakfast choices, made my stay enjoyable.

The double room at Versant Hotel & Spa was cozy and comforting, with warm colors that made me feel right at home. The room had soundproof walls, so I could enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances from outside. I loved the carpeted floor, which added an extra touch of comfort to the room. The private bathroom with a shower was a great convenience. The flat-screen TV with cable channels kept me entertained during my downtime. The wardrobe provided ample storage space for my belongings. The electric kettle in the room was a nice addition, allowing me to enjoy a cup of tea whenever I wanted.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the satellite TV in the room, but I understand that others may still enjoy it.

Moreover, the staff was super friendly and supportive in guiding me throughout my stay. The breakfast served was something to die for, and it kept me full for hours. We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. They provided us with helpful advice on navigating the area and even replaced a faulty toaster without us having to ask. The thoughtful touch of arranging for hair straighteners and hairspray when the spa hairdressers were fully booked impressed us greatly. The location of this place is excellent, situated on a quiet street with beautiful architecture and a lovely park nearby. The spa area in the basement was a haven of tranquility, offering spacious and comfortable facilities.

I always stay at this hotel because it has friendly staff who helped me with my bags on my first visit. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, a lounge/bar area, a restaurant, and more. It's perfect for my trips.

The room was tiny, dingy, and outdated. There was hardly any space to put luggage.

The hotel exceeded our expectations during our new year stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities which allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortable at times and the absence of toiletries was a surprise. It would have been helpful to know in advance that we needed to bring our own essentials.

The hotel had mad vibes and the staff were so chill. They let us have our own space and we felt totally free. The sauna and jacuzzi were the bomb and we had a blast chilling there after partying all night. Can't wait to come back and do it all over again!

The only thing I wish was better was if the hotel had a cool rooftop bar or a dance floor. It would've been the ultimate spot for us party-goers to turn up and have a wild time.
